This action sequence was designed by Trekie wilst enacting a battle with lego. It is therefore meant to be one fight in a
large battle. Some other fights that went on at the same time may be decribed in future weeks. This particular fight was
originally designed with a swordsman, a spearman, some guys with crossbows and a horse, however it has been modernized because
though they sufice for it with lego, a horse isn't much room to be behind in reality.
And now: Don't touch the leather
A great sword fighter is in combat with a spear man, who arrived in a '33 Rolls Royce. They both fight well, though it
is obvious that the sword fighter is superior. Suddenly, a group of men with hand-guns who work for the spear fighter turn
a corner and draw to fire on the swordsman. Before they can shoot however, the swordsman hurls himself behind the car. "Don't
shoot it!!" shouts the spearman, knowing that fireing on the car will only damage his property and not his opponent.
He therefore runs around to attack the swordsman. He lunges with the spear, and the swordsman sidesteps it, pushing him past,
and out from behind the car. The spearman moves in steadily, slowly advanceing, wilst weaveing from side to side. The swordsman
attacks with a series of side strikes that are easily blocked with the spear, and create and opening on the swordsman's side.
The spearman strikes, at the opening. We go into slow motion as the swordsman performs an airial over the spear blow, being
fired at as he does, but he disappears behind the car again before the bullets reach him. Having avoided the attack, he strikes
at the spearman's undefended side. The spearman swings his arm, hitting the sword along the side. He receives a cut on his
arm, but deflects the blow. The as the swordsman was distracted in this way, one of the gunners circles around. He shoots
at the swordsman, the shot misses and almost hits the spear man. As this was ineffective he leaps into the driver's seat
of the Royce, and drives forward. The swordsman dodges around the spearman with a neat cut to hold the spear. He runs, remaining
behind the car before it can get up to speed. The spearman persues, and then they both dive, the swordsman landing on the
front of the car, blocked form the other gunners, wilst the spearman grabs the back to pull himself up. The driver rolls
down the window and pulls the gun to shoot on the swordsman. As he is doing so, the spear man lunges. The swordsman drop
kicks the gun out of the driver's hand, thus ducking the spear. Then he kicks through the open window and knocks the gunner
out. He then slips through and takes the wheel. Then he brakes suddenly knocking the spearman off the car. Then he accelerates
again, running him over, and driving away.
That was: Don't touch the leather
